FindTutors is seeking enthusiastic Irish language tutors to deliver personalised lessons to learners of different ages and levels. This role is ideal for fluent Irish speakers, native speakers, students, graduates, or anyone with a strong command of the language who would enjoy supporting others on their learning journey.

As an Irish tutor, you will help students develop their understanding of the language in a practical, approachable, and motivating way. Learners may want support with schoolwork, exam preparation, conversation practice, pronunciation, grammar, or simply learning Irish for personal interest.

This is a flexible online tutoring role that allows you to choose when you work and organise lessons around your availability.

Your Role

• Provide one-to-one Irish language lessons online

• Support students with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency

• Help learners gain confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and listening

• Prepare lessons according to each student’s level and objectives

• Offer clear explanations and patient guidance

• Encourage students to use Irish with more confidence and independence

• A strong level of Irish language knowledge

• Clear communication skills

• A supportive and patient teaching style

• Interest in education, languages, and Irish culture

• Previous teaching experience is welcome but not essential
